Natasha

Crematorium Manager

I am a crematorium manager because I am committed to providing respectful, compassionate care during one of the most difficult times in people's lives. This role allows me to combine organisational skills with a deep sense of empathy, ensuring that every detail is handled with dignity and professionalism. I take pride in maintaining high standards in both facility operations and client service, creating a peaceful and respectful environment for families saying goodbye to their loved ones. For me, it's more than a job; it's a meaningful responsibility to help others navigate grief with grace and support.

Deborah

Technician

I take care of your loved one following the funeral service. Many people are uncomfortable about what happens when the curtains close, preferring not to think about it, but please feel comforted that I take huge pride in carrying out my duties meticulously with care and compassion. Debs

Karen

I feel honoured to work in such a beautiful setting. The flora and fauna offer an aura of calm and serenity. I get a great sense of fulfilment being part of a team that offers such a relaxed, respectful environment to families during their most challenging time. Karen

Heidi

Crematorium Assistant

Arranging the final journey for a loved one is one of the most important and difficult things a family will ever do. It is an honour and privilege to be part of a team who cares so passionately about making every step of that journey as perfect as possible. Heidi

Teddy

This is Teddy, the smallest, fluffiest and probably most loved member of our team here at Cannock Chase Crematorium. Ted can often be seen standing as guard of honour for our services. He has 2 important jobs, to look cute and to make people smile at what is a difficult time and so far, he is doing a great job. He has a very calming influence not only on our visitors but also our staff. Ted loves to meet people, so if you see him and you want to say hello, please feel free to give him a fuss. Oh, and as a team member, Ted does get paid….. in treats and cuddles!
